For almost 70 years, the law firm of Broderick & Partners LLP has provided excellent, affordable legal service in the Niagara Region.  We are a team of 7 lawyers and 19 staff members who offer client-focused legal advice to individuals and businesses in many areas of law including commercial, municipal, real estate, labour and employment, family, and wills and estates.  We also handle a full range of civil litigation matters relating to these areas of law, as well as personal injury, insurance and defamation claims.

The Firm has acted as legal counsel for most major developments in Niagara Falls in recent years.  The Firm's vision of Niagara Falls as a World Class tourist destination is reflected in the numerous high-rise developments for which the Firm has secured approvals over the last 15 years.  In addition to being legal advisors to the Hospitality Industry, we have many years of experience acting for private business ventures, both large and small, public bodies, and lending institutions.  The Firm has always served the non-business needs of people in the community with its real estate, wills and estates, and civil litigation practice.  We bring a common sense approach to our practice.  This approach, and our knowledge and experience as legal advisers, has earned us a loyal and growing client base.
