John Broderick, Q.C., L.S.M.

John Broderick was born in Thorold, Ontario. After serving in World War II as a pilot in the R.C.A.F., he completed his education at St. Michael's College in Toronto and Osgoode Hall Law School. John has served as President of the Niagara Falls and Welland County Law Associations. He has served on the Council of the Canadian Bar Association (Ontario). In 1968 he was appointed Queens Counsel, in recognition of his excellence in civil litigation. In 1991 he was among the first lawyers to whom the Law Society of Upper Canada awarded the prestigious Law Society Medal. The award is given to "those who perform the ordinary tasks of a lawyer but with such diligence or effectiveness or so much to the benefit of the profession as a whole that they are deserving of recognition." John has practised in most every area of law and has done it well.

John Broderick founded the firm that bears his name based on four principles:

John has a full practice which he attacks with great enthusiasm.  He contributes to the Community as a "Leader of the Way" and has been part of the United Way Campaign Team for numerous years.
