William Amadio, B.A., LL.B.

For Bill Amadio, Niagara Falls, Ontario is his home town. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in economics, from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. He attended the University of Ottawa Law School where he was a student editor of the Ottawa Law Review and the President of the Law Student's Society. He was called to the Bar in 1972.

Bill is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and past member of Council of the Ontario Bar Association. He is also a longstanding member of the Advocates Society. Other service to the legal profession include a term as President of both the Welland County Bar Association and the Niagara Falls Bar Association.

Bill has been active in the Community. He is the past Chairman of the Welland County Roman Catholic Separate School Board, a past Director of the Chamber of Commerce and has sat on the Niagara Falls Business and Industrial Growth Agency. Bill is a past Director of the United Way and has twice co-chaired its annual fund raising campaign.

Bill provides a wide spectrum of legal services to his clients. He is a member of the Municipal Law, Education Law, Labour Law, Construction Law, Estates and Trust Law and Business Law subsections of the Ontario Bar Association. He is equally at home drafting business agreements or enforcing them in Court.
